I picked it up on launch day, and even though it was so long ago now, I remember my lunchbreak cycle to pick it up (at Kyoto Daimaru, oddly) as if it were yesterday. Good times.

Update! I have got the light to stabilise (gave it a whack) and data transfer works, but it fails to drive the paper and gives Error 3. This seems to mean the printer is actually ok now? Maybe the paper is sticky, or the third party cable is jank. It lives?

Update! First pass done and it's gone from no power light, to flashing power light. Progress, but no good hint as to what might be wrong now...
