The IRA locked in fossil fuel leasing by statute in with very detailed specificity, but left the clean energy provisions mostly at the mercy of agency interpretation and regulation… even the tax credits and loans only work if Treasury/Energy decides it qualifies.

And if you think that transgender people - or any other oppressed minority group - are an acceptable minority to sacrifice for the sake of power, then you should not have that power. Ever.
