I just spent the last 20 minutes in an absolute panic. I couldn't find my dog, Atlas, anywhere. His AirTag said he was home but he didn't come when I called him or offered him a treat. I just found him. I hope I didn't disturb him with my yelling.

I used to get up & turn CNN on my kitchen tv at 7:30am. It stayed on as I went about my business. CNN anchors were like friends & their voices were background throughout my day. Id pay close attention when I started dinner at 5.

Now I watch true crime all day. It's less stressful and more honest.
