Gifts from the earth
Nurturing and breeding veggie dragons is quite the delicate task. Parents are fed special feed for months, watered consistently, and carefully protected from the elements for years. Once fully grown, their leaves, tails, and backs are harvested for their delicious vegetables! The food harvested from fully grown veggie dragons are packed with more nutrients than if they were grown from the earth, and even have slight healing properties!

Been thinking about this a lot (not tagging the sender, for their privacy). Most of us won't have the chance for for grand, capital-R Resistance heroics. But every one of us will have a thousand small choices to make about how to live our lives and where to draw lines. Use them well.

Trying to learn to draw alder leaves!

Postcards from scratch, all using leftover holiday wrappings and packing materials to make the paper! Made them a bit thicker so I can do watercolor painting on the other side.
Two stacks of 4 inch by 6 inch blank postcards, speckled with bits and pieces of the recycled materials used to make them. A stack of around 20 handmade paper postcards, showing off how they're not as uniform as store bought but still hefty enough to send throguh the mail.
