Avocado update from a few days ago!
A 6 month old Avocado tree, sitting next to a window. The Avocado tree is around 18 inches tall and has eight prominent leaves that are carefully trimmed. The plant is in good shape but the impact of growing in a confined container is starting to show.

Abstract watercolor based tree art - I wanted to capture the feel of a gnarled but still beautiful tree in a swampy, messy environment.

Trying to learn to draw alder leaves!

Postcards from scratch, all using leftover holiday wrappings and packing materials to make the paper! Made them a bit thicker so I can do watercolor painting on the other side.
Two stacks of 4 inch by 6 inch blank postcards, speckled with bits and pieces of the recycled materials used to make them. A stack of around 20 handmade paper postcards, showing off how they're not as uniform as store bought but still hefty enough to send throguh the mail.
