None of my neices and nephews are biologically related to me. I "adopted" my friends' kids in my 20s. They call me Aunt and my parents are "grandfriends".

My other neices and nephew are my husband's family's kids - 1 bio and 2 adopted.

Love them all. Mostly because they're all "found family".
