Sad state of affairs when a Labour policy is something right out of the Reform playbook. What a dissappointing Government they are turning out to be. I had so much hope that things would be better - or at least less shit.

I said it last year- the Chiefs are an average team at best. Luck and teams showing too much respect got them enough wins to get to the SB. Luck has run out and teams not afraid of them now. Doubt they'll make the playoffs this season. Grudgingly have to admit it's the Broncos division to lose.

Like the vast majority in the UK, I am proud of our NHS. It’s not perfect and never will be and it needs reform but it’s better than the insurance based system that Farage is touting. I would happily pay a little more tax to help fund it but it needs to be spent on effectiveness and efficiency.

The fact that the BBC has made serious culpable errors does not negate the point that there is a real and concerted right-wing media campaign to destroy it. Both points can be true at the same time and the campaign would not end even if the errors did.

What sort of qualification seeding system puts the World Cup winners and Euro winners in the same group? Insanity. At least 2nd place will get a playoff, so Spain should be fine. #WUEFA
England's women's World Cup qualifying group contains the two best teams in the world. But all three teams get a variety of second chances if they don't win the group, so it should be fine

I do miss bonfire night. Getting hot standing in front of a massive pile of burning wood; watching fireworks with a sparkler and eating a toffee apple, knowing that there's a hot roasted jacket potato in the oven to warm me up when I get home.
