Just bought a giant lot of development ROMs from Taito Japan that I'm gonna dump and dissect live a week from today! I genuinely don't know what's in here, but there are multiple unreleased and lost NES/Famicom games from this era, and I have reason to suspect that at least one is here.

In Final Fantasy VII, the second time you go to the Gold Saucer you go on a date with one of your party members. Aerith (the girl in pink) is usually the one you're supposed to go with, but sometimes you can end up with someone else.

This is such a nice nod to that.
