Release the Epstein files. NOW.

The House passed the Epstein Files Transparency Act. Now the Senate needs to pass it and Trump must sign it. The survivors deserve justice and the American people deserve the truth.

Republican corruption — plain and simple. Public servants should not take millions in taxpayer dollars to line their own pockets.

The fight’s not over. I Voted NO earlier this week on a Senate Republican bill that failed to protect affordable health care for tens of millions of Americans.
November 16, 2025 at 12:30 AM
Republicans have NO plan to save affordable health care — and they still passed a spending bill that allows the health care tax credits to expire.

Jesse Marquez was a champion for environmental justice, healthier communities, and clean air. Thanks to his tireless advocacy, our communities are better protected from port pollution and chemical disasters.

Gracias, Jesse. Thanks to you, our communities are safer and healthier. Rest in Power.

This fight is not over. @housedemocrats.bsky.social fought to the final vote to protect Americans’ health care— and we will continue to fight to extend the tax credits so millions of Americans can afford the skyrocketing costs of Trump and Republicans’ health care crisis.

The people of Arizona’s 7th Congressional District finally have the representation they deserve. Representative Grijalva has been sworn in and is ready to serve the people.

Today, we honor our veterans for Veterans Day. But last night, Senate Republicans passed a spending bill that fails to extend the tax credits that help lower health costs for millions of Americans, including more than half a million veterans.
November 12, 2025 at 12:36 AM
This Veterans Day and every day, we honor our veterans and thank them for their service and commitment to our country.

Senate Republicans’ spending bill fails to extend the tax credits that help make health care more affordable for millions of American families.
November 11, 2025 at 2:39 AM
The fight to lower healthcare costs for Americans continues, with the same level of commitment and fight that Americans deserve. The Senate bill fails to meet the moment to bring costs down to ensure affordable health care for all Americans.

November is #NationalFamilyCaregiversMonth, a time to recognize the more than 63 million dedicated caregivers who work hard every day to care for their loved ones, often putting others’ needs before their own and often unpaid.

Spoke with a constituent from #LongBeach today — she told me that her health care premiums will rise from $383 to $999 per month. Hardworking Americans should not have to shell out nearly a thousand dollars a month out of pocket to pay for health care.

I will KEEP TALKING about the Republican shutdown while House Republicans remain on vacation while Americans suffer.
November 7, 2025 at 2:13 AM
Millions of Americans — including many Californians — will be forced to pay THOUSANDS more in health care premiums next year.

Nancy Pelosi broke the glass ceiling as the first woman to become Speaker of the House — then went on to become the best Speaker we’ve ever seen. In her time in Congress, Rep. Pelosi has been a voice for Californians and Americans everywhere.

Sorry Mike Johnson, so are you saying that you can’t do anything about grocery prices like you promised OR that your policies have led to inflation and higher prices? Both seem bad for you.
November 6, 2025 at 9:24 PM
Donald Trump had to be forced kicking and screaming just to pay working Americans a portion of SNAP so that they don’t go hungry.
November 6, 2025 at 7:42 PM
Working Americans like Lydia from #LongBeach can’t afford the Republican health care crisis.
November 6, 2025 at 1:29 AM
SNAP benefits still are not being fully funded in November because of the Trump/Republican shutdown.

If you receive SNAP benefits and need additional assistance, there are local resources in CA-44 and across LA that are offering relief. Call my office for more information: 310-831-1799

Organizations like the YMCA in #Wilmington work hard to keep our #CA44 families from going hungry.

It’s day 35 of the shutdown. SNAP ran out of funding on November 1st. As long as the government remains closed, Americans who need SNAP dollars to survive will not receive their full benefits.

Our neighbors will have an increasingly harder time accessing health care services because of the Republican health care crisis.
