Many religious and higher education institutions have unused land that can be used to help house those in need.
My bill, co-led by @repshontelbrown.bsky.social, will provide assistance to these institutions to help remove obstacles, so we can increase affordable housing for our communities.

Americans demand accountability. ICE must be held accountable to the people. For starters: no more masks, agents must clearly identify themselves, and obtain judicial warrants.

Elaine from #SanPedro couldn’t believe her monthly health insurance bill. Americans like Elaine already work more hours just to afford basic necessities because the cost of living is too high. They don’t have an extra $200 or $300 lying around PER MONTH to pay for rising health care costs.

Under her failed leadership, DHS has terrorized communities, shot and killed Americans and immigrants in detention. Instead of taking responsibility, Noem has rushed to blame the victims. She must be held accountable.
