I do things at pain levels others wouldn't even consider moving at because if i don't, i won't have a life. this doesn't mean i'm having a good day it only means that i was able to be stronger than the pain for part of the day

Imagine having to calculate how long you can sit, stand, walk, talk or think because even the most basic actions come with consequences. It's not about how you feel, it's about what your body will tolerate, and you become an expert in your own limitations. That's chronic illness.

Will regret it halfway through? Will one moment of living cost me a day... or a week? Some people call it overthinking. But this is the math of chronic illness every yes comes with α price only your body can see.
