Me, as an action figure—complete with the tools I use to fuel flywheels & build brand momentum.

This was a fun experiment using ChatGPT’s image generation.

It used what it knows about my workshops & frameworks I use to make an action figure of me.

Looking like it’s going to be a White Christmas.

Last year’s impulse purchase repurchased.

I loved having the countertop garden of amaryllis and paperwhites brighten my kitchen in the deepest part of winter.

First one bloomed overnight.

Highly recommend.

A flurry of announcements and releases out of Google yesterday. Other marketers may care about this one that caught my 👀.

Gamification in the gamification app to learn the language in the show on gamification of life or death.

Seriously though, this is a great partnership coup.

It’s not everyday that one of the most anticipated books of the season lands on your doorstep…and it is written by a friend!

I am so excited to read this new book by my friend @firstadopter.bsky.social

I heard enough tidbits during his research and writing to know it’s going to be enlightening.

Watching an interesting talk by Andrew Ng on Agentic Reasoning at Snowflake’s BUILD event. (Thanks to @mog.bsky.social for sharing the resource).

I particularly liked this slide.

Is everyone’s ChatGPT “draw me based on what you know about me” coming back as a man?

ChatGPT drew me as a man, but I also realized all the examples I have seen so far have been men.

Stopped at a Costco down south on the way to the beach in MA. They had a giant box of sparklers for $9. It was the best impulse purchase ever. I had a great time distributing them to the crowd at the beach bonfire tonight before the fireworks.

Word of the day: Glimmers

Look for your glimmers people. I can think of at least 20 I had today. Reading this makes me want to look for more everyday. I love the word choice too.

Been playing with Chat GPT web browsing. Interesting takeaways
1. Keywords seem to matter more with simple prompts & web browsing.
2. It seems to be trying for objective sourcing-ie skipped personal bylines & used quoted material.
3. Some clicks failed. Are some sites already blocking OpenAI crawls?

Tedeschi Trucks playing a cover of “I Walk On Guilded Splinter” was one of the highlights for the first weekend of Jazz Fest for me. It still stings to have a Jazz Fest without Dr. John, but they channeled some Night tripper Gris-gris for the crowd.

Happy Monday Blue Sky. Going to keep the Jazz Fest posts going through Sunday when it ends. Gary Clark, Jr was amazing yesterday under a bright BlueSky.
