I describe my TC max as the cheapest electric bike designed to reach 100 km/h. It does have regen braking (check what cables go to the brakes), but you have to go through a whole thing to turn it on - it also doesn't do much, maybe only saves <5% over a whole charge

Should be one enormous mark in the column against the proposed introduction (fast track approval?) of new building materials here simply relying on other countries' testing standards.
