Yeah, I'm experimenting with various strengths of blur and overlay/multiply, while working on more designs. I'm not experienced with making textures, but it's fun to try and learn!

Ok, thanks. Someone from the UK had trouble seeing my posts and thought it might be because of the new law, so I wanted to check if anyone else had the same problem.

Also, the original music for the army version was Yakety Sax from Benny Hill. It was heard A LOT on the third floor of the university building in 2006 as people tried to get the high score...

Also I just remembered that UGGLA stood for "United Garden Gnome Liberation Army". The game was originally made in 2006 and housed in an arcade machine (actually a PC in a cabinet) at the university where me and a few friends developed it in our spare time, and then we made the Christmas version.

Originally GGC was about an army trying to untie a rowdy Garden Gnome from his house, but the graphics were changed for a Christmas YoYoGames competition in 2007. The army's acronym was UGGLA (Swedish for "owl"). The Game Maker army version predates v1.0 on my homepage, and doesn't exist anymore. :(
