when my daughters were young i sponsored them 3 dogs each from @dogstrust.bsky.social. cut to 25 years later: daughters have grown up and still have sponsor dogs. i don’t have the heart to stop funding such a wonderful organisation. so in summary, a sponsor dog is for life, and not just for Xmas!
