Distant Worlds was an absolute delight. It’s so incredibly magical hearing these songs I’ve developed such strong mental associations with performed by a live symphony and opera chorus. 10/10 would do all over again.

I like to call this approach "rodeo clown activism". During the Marriage Equality Referendum I used to keep the canvassers for the bad guys busy by asking lots of "sincere" questions. I figured every minute they spent focused on me was time they weren't using to persuade other people to be assholes.

Also in unrelated news: This is what I've been up to in my spare time the past few months. I've been learning to and coding my own little text based erotic-adventure game. I'm about half way done writing the content for Chapter 1 and will try to figure out hosting in the future!

I've been on a little break from XIV to avoid total burnout, but still intend to come back, Mare news notwithstanding. If I RP with you, I'll make the effort, I used TexTools and Penumbra/Glamourer before Mare was around, and am happy to utilize them again if it makes the scenes more fun!

Finished 7.3. No spoilers but the cinematic after the trial was dope. I love seeing them make the WoL more engaged rather than just judging silently and making a few faces and emotes.

A thing we lost with 22 episode seasons are shows that could have an episode in which Q puts Picard on trial for the crimes of all mankind and also an episode where Riker meets a lady Irish traveler and does obvious Riker things.
