1.) it’s definitely not their idea as it’s been (unfortunately) at least discussed as part of the IAD long term plan, or
2.) I’ll be glad to blame it on them should the beloved people movers ever be discontinued.

(Then again we‘ve had enough bad transfers through LHR we finally simply started paying a little bit more to avoid it.)

As a regular IAD user I was genuinely confused / excited I might have been missing something.
On the upside, I learned from the article people movers apparently have stairs?! (emergency use only I assume)

I *still* remember how it felt when I realized I had nailed the backboard to the front, essentially ruining its look (as well as my self confidence).
That was also my last IKEA purchase.
