I think the chances of Dems losing NC or GA in 2026 is very low.

Big Q is Maine and if Dems can peel one or two more out of the red states. Brown would def be competitive in OH (though note he’d have to win re-election in 2028)

The thing is, to win a case with FedSoc judges you actually have to make good arguments. Trump will likely lose a lot of cases with her as US attorney for DC

One sucky thing about how Twitter/Bluesky work is that you only hear when Trump’s approval rating when it goes down, and not when it goes up. Well it’s gone up since tariffs have faded from the news. Not good!
