When I gave my little presentation on trans healthcare to the residents this is what I kept harping on. HRT *changes your genetic expression* which means your patient’s phenotypical “biological sex” is *changing*
each of us contains the full genetic instructions for both testosterone & estrogen driven hormone loadouts (along with varying combos of both)

this is just a historical observation but one of the things that creates the conditions for political violence is when the entire political establishment decides to join in on the oppression of the same people, therefore making the improvement of their conditions via legitimate means impossible
