So, anyway, I'm thinking that, mentally, this has been the worst summer I've had so far. Or, it feels that way. These "piracy" thoughts have been deafening. I also completely dropped out of my workout/diet efforts and it more than shows. Both physically and emotionally. Not exactly doing great.
It's been more than a few days the darkness had been kicking my butt. Today was the worst, "☠️ is the answer" was terribly loud, persuasive even. Anyway. Tomorrow everything will be fixed, right?

Actually very good and inventive, a proper revenge story born of the dreams of bullied kids at schools. Could have been a lot better delivered, but checks almost all the right boxes.

The 6KG plates are fine: 5.9KG ✅

Barbell: 6.9KG ✅
EZ Bar: 5.9KG 🧐
