Adequate. It tried a few things, even made an effort to a last scene twist. As a whole, I didn't love it, but it was better than expected.

1976. Massacre at Central High

Actually very good and inventive, a proper revenge story born of the dreams of bullied kids at schools. Could have been a lot better delivered, but checks almost all the right boxes.

I have 1 barbell, 1 EZ bar, 4x6KG plates and 2x10KG plates. Today, I decided to weigh them (just cause 🤷🏻‍♂️).

The 6KG plates are fine: 5.9KG ✅
The 10KG plates are super: 10KG 🙌🏻
Barbell: 6.9KG ✅
EZ Bar: 5.9KG 🧐

So far, I'd been guessing 8KG for the bars. My numbers are all off. Frustrating 😒

Finally, a June day in August and, 8 days later, Day 3 of #Φ-UL. Tying tiny dumbbells on the barbell is ridiculous, but it all works.
This was a good day (although the ice-cream threw off my macros in the end) 🤷🏻‍♂️

I did do a very short #Rebuild-Φ workout yesterday; forgot to post cause it was not worth it.
However, I'll say again... squats on uneven mountainside ground are killers 😖! I never know which way the barbell is gonna pull 😅

Here's the suggested/planned next day workout of the PHUL/Φ-UL workout. I mean, these are just suggestions really, as I'm not following any of the volume/reps guides, I only use this as exercise suggestions, but, whatever... I do what I can, i.e. what my ⛓️‍💥 mind will let me do 🤷🏻‍♂️

OK, so, an effort was made. Unfortunately, the late night heavy snacking was not at all part of the plan, but I'll just accept that I did go and worked out for a bit and be "happy" with that. Maybe I can get back to my routine. I don't feel it, but maybe... 🤷🏻‍♂️

I'm a #bigFan of #PeterLorre. It's a real shame I'd not seen "M" earlier. TBH, it may be his top performance for me. Great movie all around. Watched it 2 days ago & still can't recover!

In any case, I'm enjoying the rest of the body DOMs. Had missed this soreness, TBH. I think I was just lifting within my safe comfort zone. Adding just 3kg to the barbell seems to have worked wonders.
Also, I'm developing an unhealthy adoration for uneven ground barbell yoke walk 🙂‍↕️
