Dog sports enthusiast. Master in Public Health and History (all but dissertation). I'll be restarting a podcast called Rebellious History, which will deal with a variety of topics. I believe in science and real evidence.
This is what happens when crackpots take over science. I'm sure that, even post retraction, some people will defend it or will come up with yet another conspiracy theory.

Some people identifying as MAGA followed me, most stating their interest in civil discussions. I've immediately blocked them. I don't believe them. I tried since 2016 to have civil debates. They never cared about facts or science. I don't want an echo chamber, but I also don't like wasting my time.

I heard RFK Jr. is floating the banning of the polio vaccine so seems like a good time to remind folks that RFK Jr. was vaccinated with this same vaccine & therefore is at no risk of harm himself

Kinda like when he publicly was against the covid vaccine yet privately required his guests to have it🙃

Went to Chicago last Sunday and caught Jinkx Monsoon and Ben DeLa Creme's holiday show. It was hilarious! I highly recommend it. Go watch them if the show comes to a town near you. They're so talented!

I'm sorry, but I don't care about Hunter Biden's pardon. There are far more important things going on. Plus, the other guy gave pardons to criminals, many more surely on the works. It's tiresome to see people have higher expectations of liberals while bad actions of the other side are normalized.

Reminder: smallpox resulted in a death toll of ~100k during the Revolutionary War. Washington ordered that all soldiers be inoculated against smallpox. Without this inoculation, the revolution might have failed, and people in the US might still be British subjects.
