If an illegal immigrant is getting treated before you in the ED, it’s because they are sicker than you are. And they are probably so sick because they are unable to access healthcare EXCEPT through the ER most of the time.

The adoption of leucovorin as an approved treatment is particularly egregious to me given past accusations that vaccines and drugs were approved too quickly.

Could you comment on the difference between street fentanyl, and the fentanyl patch, which is transdermal? I wonder if that might be causing some confusion?

Is there magic making Violet dizzy? Or does she have POTS in addition to ED? I’ve had multiple patients with both and it *sucks* because there is no good treatment for the POTS, which can be debilitating.
