If the new Fetterman article is accurate, which seems likely, it shows in real time how someone who becomes cognitively impaired goes from leaning left to leaning right politically. Sadly this won't be registered by the people it ideally should be for obvious reasons.
Wow. This story is a huge deal in a few ways, for Fetterman and for Jentleson.

How are there still people who believe Trump does things to help the average American? Is this one of the worse cases of Stockholm syndrome that's ever existed?! Trump is intentionally following Herbert Hoover's playbook that drove the US into the Great Depression. He must have a very strong personal incentive to collapse our economy if he's willing to lose public approval and potentially some of his base's love, since he craves both like a drug.

If most Americans get into or create "good trouble" now, the way Cory Booker did with his 25 hour filibuster, we may have a chance to break out of the scary timeline we've been in the last 71 days since the orange man has been president.

When I first saw Val Kilmer in Real Genius & Willow, I thought he was so cool, funny & talented. When I saw him as Jim Morrison & Doc Holiday, I realized how brilliant he was. He immersed himself in most roles & had a huge range. He was my first celeb crush & I'm so sad he's gone. RIP Real Genius.

I think our only hope of possibly slowing down some of the insanity Trump is doing is massive protests on a national scale in a way that potentially hurts our economy and pressure on all candidates up for election in 2026.
