How can Hydro One charge outrageous ‘delivery charges’ for electricity to rural customers?
Maybe if we kept power in Canada and invested in grid infrastructure cheaper hydro would reduce the use of propane generators and wood stoves - cause outages every few weeks is not right nor good for Canadians
