💡 Integrating Schwann cell precursors (SCPs) into motor neuron (MN) cultures enhances relevance by replicating human physiology. As SCPs mature, they migrate and align along axons, visualized via S100b/SOX10 (SCPs) and TUJ1 (MNs) staining.

CIPN is a major challenge in oncology, often limiting treatment.

Using RealDRG™ hiPSC sensory neurons, we tested CIPN-related compounds and found that DSRM-3716, a SARM1 NADase inhibitor, preserves axonal density after bortezomib treatment. More studies underway!
