📢 The Great Eurasian Drought Atlas (GEDA) is now available as a web app on the Tree-Ring Drought Atlas Portal! This is a 0.5° x 0.5° grid of Jun-Aug Palmer Drought Severity Index reconstructions from AD 0-2020 and covers the entire Eurasian region and a large portion of sub-Saharan Africa. 1/3 🧪

Every semester, I am reminded through classroom activities how much I love delineating watersheds by hand. It's like a little maze puzzle for geomorphologists. One of these days I'll make a full puzzle book of contour map activities! #geomorphology #maps
