But he isn't blockading the Russian oil exports. I wonder why.
The blockade of Venezuela is a disgusting echo of U.S. imperialism in Latin America. We were lied to about Iraq and WMDs, and an entire generation paid the price.

Here we are again.

We cannot let a wannabe dictator drag us into another forever war.

Trump orders oil tankers blockade in Venezuela, labels Maduro regime a "terrorist" group
The escalation exerts unprecedented pressure on the Maduro regime, threatening to bankrupt Venezuela's already struggling economy.

The UK should understand that the USA is no longer a reliable Ali and not a predictable trade partner. We should be looking at the commonwealth and Africa for growth.

Who's going to the USA? Forget the World Cup.
MINNEAPOLIS: “We kept yelling ‘she’s pregnant! She’s pregnant!’ — they put their knees in her… the handcuffed woman was dragged on the ground…”

Financial parasite companies look for industries where regulations are lacking so they can extract as much money as possible. The UK is an ideal target. The British don't care it seems.
Private equity firms preying on vets practices.

6 firms control 60% of UK practices. Same firms control pet food, insurance.

Wages down, fees up. Pet owners skipping meals to cover costs, hand pets to rescue organisations or euthanising them.

Change law. Only qualified vets to own vet practices.

With the ridiculous price of tickets and Trump's entry restrictions only the truly dedicated fans will go to the 2026 world cup. If they are very brave.

France’s business leaders have a new goal: build direct lines to far-right leaders Marine Le Pen and Jordan Bardella.

It’s a sign of just how far the country’s political fault lines have shifted.

Wait until Trump opens the death camps. Probably in South America or maybe a friendly African nation.
The US government is summarily executing people on a weekly basis without telling the American people any of their names or presenting any proof of their guilt, for alleged crimes that do not carry the death penalty in the US.

Why do I call Tories scum? In 2023, Sunak admitted they dropped basic scrutiny for the PPE VIP lane. By 2025, his dodgy furlough scheme, bounce-back loans and Eat Out to Help Out had racked up billions more in fraud. Sunak and Johnson ended up costing the British taxpayer an eye-watering fortune.

Should have refused to obey an illegal order. Very few prosecutions of Americans for war crimes since 1945 so the Admiral is safe?
It's the opposite of "the buck stops here". He is selling out Admiral Bradley and sending chills down the spines of his chain of command, who now know their boss will sell them out if he is taking heat. A case study in how not to lead.

One politicians will tell the people the truth. The UK has been in decline since 1945.
“Like all recent occupants of No 11, Rachel Reeves is struggling to inject growth into a moribund economy.

In a break with predecessors, she has belatedly pointed the finger at Brexit and was right to do so.”
Brexit: the trillion pound ‘mistake’
The recent NBER report suggests the Treasury’s 2016 analysis – slammed by Brexiters as a ‘hoax’– actually understated the impact of Brexit
