Huh. It's rare I see a rune stick I haven't seen before...but this is very cool. Just went and read about it....what an odd find. I feel like it's a personal spell of some kind.
The #Narsaq stick (ca. AD 1000) is a contender for my favorite #artifact from #Norse #greenland. Is it a tongue twister riddle? A love charm? A joke? A coded spell? Something else? And just who is Bibrau? It’s the only occurrence of that name anywhere. So fun!

I’m sad to learn that my law school classmate, Kiah Duggins, died in the DC plane crash last night.
Kiah was an exceptionally talented civil rights lawyer and aspiring legal scholar.
