This is such a weird comment. Who better to deliver a message to a player than the person responsible for their welfare? Melbourne is not the only club doing it.

Doesn't matter if the AI can detect 100% of weapons. If it is throwing up thousands of false positives vs literally two guns in the history of the sport, it is functionally useless. Blaming the staff is the ultimate punch down.
