I don't post here often but I thought it was appropriate. It's been a busy day so it has taken some time to process the news of Lynch's death, but I started thinking about how that first viewing of Mulholland Dr. has lingered with me even though that 18 yo college kid has faded into a 40 yo dad .

Rogue One is such a satisfying a movie - it's taken a few years to rewatch it (not sure why). Anyway - memorable characters, great action, a terrific performance from Whitaker - and a far better focus on the theme of heroism than TLJ.

Going to try and post here more often - we finally got around to one our favorite movies with super fans the Yorks, the Christmas classic Die Hard! It's a long but it's worth the listen robandtonyscinematicadventure.transistor.fm/60
