Au fait j'ai mis ça sur insta en début de semaine et j'ai genre plein de likes alors que je trouvais ça à la fois "niche" et "pas tant travaillé pour que ça plaise aux gros nerds de speedrun" mais je pose ça là du coup car tout le monde avait l'air très heureux.

I wish I could say I've EVER worked at a studio where this didn't happen. So many times across my career, when asked for 9 months, we'd be given 3 months, then another 3 when we needed more time, and finally 3 more when what we ended up with wasn't as good as the 9 month version could have been.
I'm trying to comment on this without being hyperbolic.
As a manager, insisting on deadlines that you and your ICs straight up don't believe are possible almost GUARANTEES that a) their work will be thrown out or completely redone and b) you will put them in danger of burning out.

I wish I could say I've EVER worked at a studio where this didn't happen. So many times across my career, when asked for 9 months, we'd be given 3 months, then another 3 when we needed more time, and finally 3 more when what we ended up with wasn't as good as the 9 month version could have been.
En ce moment je réfléchis au second spectacle. Notamment parce que le premier sera forcément un peu moins sincère rapidement, car il s'inscrit sur un instant précis de ma relation amoureuse en polyamour.

Je sais pas trop quoi faire avec ce compte bluesky, j'y publie peu.
Au début je parlais processus d'écriture et itérations de blague, ça intéressait des gens ?
Maintenant qu'on peut mettre des vidéos et tout, ça intéresserait des gens de voir mille fois les mêmes blagues évoluer jours après jours ?
