All it takes to get Universal Healthcare, is convincing Americans that paying $2000 in taxes is better than paying $8000 in Health Insurance premiums.
It literally boils down to enough Americans understanding that the number 2 is smaller than the number 8.

He only testified, involuntarily, after being granted immunity.
