There's no call for this type of "restraint" which is some sadomasochistic stuff out of the Inquisition's Dark Ages.
This simply blows my mind. Evil. The black-and-yellow device has been used on multiple detainees this year, according to the Associated Press. The Department of Homeland Security has previously raised concerns about its safety, warning that the restraints could lead to fatal outcomes.
