After work last night, I showered, ordered pizza, had some hot tea while I waited for it. Then I ate, cleaned up, kicked back to watch some TV/check the socials...and passed out. 😂 When I finally woke up, I just shut down the house and went to bed. I'm VERY well-rested today. lol

Just got next week's schedule. It's....strange.
There's no consistency. One day I'm scheduled for my full availability (8 to 4:30. ugh). Then the next I'm scheduled noon to 3.
What's really weird is it shows you can see if they need people or not. And on that day, they do for the hours on either

The call was one where I had tech issues, which they saw. So I was corrected for not "following the prompts"

So far, it's been a good day. Minimal problems. One I fixed, one I couldn't fix (address issue that the customer had to fix), one I couldn't fix bc it was a technical issue (audio was bad - transferred and checked my equipment).

Calls were a disaster. I think they were fake, even though trainers assured us they wouldn't be. But they sounded fake and it looked like everybody had problematic calls. We're only trained for taking orders, payments, and checking order status so all of us having advanced issues on our first go
