How about the Democratic Party coordinating a group to sue in civil court individual ICE thugs and their leadership, as well as the contractors who are allegedly training the goons? Also, since the goons refuse to identify themselves, how about actively doxxing as many of them as possible?

Actually, if you pay attention to they way they look and act, and their previous lives, substance abuse seems to be pretty common among top Trump officials.
