Has anyone created a list of reliable, neutral newspapers & online news sources that aren’t behind a paywall? I subscribe to some but can’t afford them all. Our available sources of trustworthy news are dwindling at a fantastic rate, but the false news sites reproduce faster than tribbles on crack.

That's 100% from the sample pool. Curious to see what the rest of them think, as well. My uneducated, but opinionated, best guess would be in excess of 75%.
