I feel like I should be more upset about this but honestly, after two terms of Trump’s infestation it kinda seems like the whole White House should be burnt down, the ashes exorcized, the earth salted and paved over, and then rebuilt somewhere else anyway.

His “key supporters” will “revolt” until next week when Trump does something else equally outlandish or illegal and in the meantime, nothing will change. Trump was right: he *could* shoot someone on 5th Avenue and he wouldn’t lose any support.

Not some. MOST. Only 58 voted no. 98 voted for it and 38 abstained. That means 136 Dem representatives allowed this to happen.
That’s unforgivable. And I mean that literally: I will not forgive them. But if my Congresswoman turns out to be one of the 58, I’ll volunteer for her phone bank.
