Terms of service, when applied inconsistently, serve only to give plausible deniability on legal matters to the company but no safety to the user base.
I mean it's pretty clearly against bluesky's rules, even if the target is odious

Found out my heater wasn't working because the gas was shut off for no reason. Found out the gas pipe has a leak which either developed since it was shut off or the city shut it off for that and didn't tell us. Anyway the fire department is here and we're waiting for the city. Wooooo.
