Let’s be clear; a lot of Biden economic policy sucked. Trade barriers were too high, there was too much focus on industrial policy and too little on innovation, he didn’t have the handle on inflation he pretended to, and the white collar job market blew. I was knocking on doors for Josh Weil this past weekend.
We didnt win, which sucks. But what sucks more is coming to bluesy and seeing that so many Democrats are still oblivious to what Americans need.

Holy crap. The DOJ is arguing that the President can unilaterally deport anyone he wants without ANY statutory authority, just on his inherent authority as President over national security.
That is a terrifying claim to make and not one that has ever been recognized before in US history.
