I've been getting too many ideas in my head for a sequel, so I had to start putting something down. Trying to do better with show, don't tell.

#SFFChat Q3: Generally by the sun. No clocks or anything of the sort, although I gave myself an out by letting the characters describe time in "hours" as needed.

#SFFChat Q2: I'm generally hyper-aware of it, and will re-read sections to remember what time of the day the scene takes place. I rarely do time skips, so I know to know what time it is for any given scene.

It's going to hurt getting my book in front of an editor. I went through the last 100 pages tonight and couldn't think of a single thing to remove, and merely corrected some oddities from Grammarly.
