What should we know about grief?...

Point 1 There's no time limit Purple background Clock, calendar sketches on the purple. For some feelings of grief will become easier to cope with over time. For others they may persist. They may come in waves, or be triggered by life events or time of the year. There's no set path and how long and how your affected is personal. Point 2 There's no right way to grieve Purple background Speech bubble, cuppa, headphones sketches on the purple. You might need to be around friends. You might need to be alone. You might want to use art, music, or writing to help process your emotions. However you cope, it's all valid. Point 3 There are ways to manage grieg Purple background Heart, zz for sleep, shoes walking, cuppa sketches on the purple. Feel your feelings. Remind yourself that with any liss or change, difficult feelings will follow. Whatever brings you joy, fibd time to do it and give yourself permission to enjoy it. Take care of your body. Try to get a good sleep and do some movement daily.

Lady Skye is not happy tonight. She hasn't been able to go out all day; she has tried both doors several times and the sky-water just keeps falling. Still, at least the heating's on and there's a nice, comfy lap to sit on. The human can't get the weather right but she has her uses 😹 #ProofOfCat
