Widowed 3 years ago, still figuring out life on my own. I love languages, travel, medieval history and a bit of indie rock. Likely to post lots of photos of my best friend, the lovely Lady Skye.
Definitely worth a visit but it was very busy. It was better when you got away from the main sights - you could really appreciate it from the other side of the river.

I had a cat snuggled on my knee earlier but she's curled up next to me now. I've just got back from Florence so life's pretty good 😊🇮🇹

Lady Skye is not happy tonight. She hasn't been able to go out all day; she has tried both doors several times and the sky-water just keeps falling. Still, at least the heating's on and there's a nice, comfy lap to sit on. The human can't get the weather right but she has her uses 😹 #ProofOfCat
