Thank you for asking! It’s gone amazingly well, has exceeded my expectations. Key is I had the owner’s (my boss) absolute support. Everyone adopted my name quickly. I have just a couple who refuse to gender me correctly, I’ve chosen to ignore that. Most now seem to have forgotten I was someone else.
