I feel like the posts of family members/ friends should be printed and buried. That way thousands of years from now, whomever remains can see how awful we were, how whatever devastation that is surely on its way was inevitable based solely on how unkind we are.

There are all of like, 4 people who see my posts here, but I’m curious if anyone out there has read the book Digital Minimalism by Cal Newport? I’ve wanted to slow down my brain and take steps away from the “content” of everything and I hear this book might help? Anyone have thoughts?

Life has been pretty fucking sweet lately, besides spraining my foot in Muay Thai. We got to meet one of favorite authors Matt Dinniman in San Diego! If you haven’t read/listened to Dungeon Crawler Carl, you’re doing yourself a disservice!

It’s wild how all consuming IG can be. I was off it for several months and they were glorious. I decided to hop back on so that I could “keep up with friends”. I didn’t want to miss out on celebrating my friends life things. But man, it sucked me back in so hard. Deleted again. Back here for good!!!

I’ve been taking Muay Thai classes over a month now and it’s honestly the best decision I’ve ever made. 38 years old and I feel better than I ever have, plus I’m ready to kick some fascists in the face and body.
