New research documents the positive impacts that Afro-descendant populations have had on tropical ecosystems in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador and Suriname.

TLDR: The news is mostly not good :-/ Solar is a bright spot, and we certainly avoided some worse scenarios, but for the most part we’ve been failing badly to avoid preventable climate and ecological destruction :-/ And Trump is making it even worse! How are we so stupid?!
