In a medium-sized city with two hospitals, we estimate that converting one of the two hospitals to a "quarantine hospital" can decrease the attack rate in HCWs by more than 10 percentage points, and the attack rate in non-HCWs by more than 20pp.

Our analysis shows that, yes, these values seem pretty well correlated!
Exciting next steps to analyse this further - if AMR in non-sterile samples is predictive of AMR in sterile samples, could be a game-changer to improve surveillance & treatment in low ressource settings... Tbc!
