one of the long-term roleplys i was in i played an oc who was severely depressed with unhealthy coping mechanisms
i decided to start keeping track of her mental state and noting down things that would either help or hinder. at one point she was 'one bad thing' from having a complete breakdown

I spent ages trying to find mythological twins to use as inspiration. Then trying out names from the Roman Fates.
