New contestant for most embarrassing election lawsuit of 2025 just dropped.

Arguing in fed ct the (many-times-over-buried) "independent state legislative" thingy prevents a state referendum on a state statute about congressional lines.

@leahlitman.bsky.social, I think that's your walk-on music.

Time to do more to promote Amazon Q’s CLI tool than AWS Marketing has all year:

Add this cursed function to your shell profile:

fukken() { qchat chat "$*"; }

Then skip the dumb keywords and just ask the damn question:

fukken tell me how many S3 buckets I have

Yes, it works. Yes, it’s glorious.

I will be damned if I allow a bunch of Confederate-waving January 6th apologists give the American people a lecture on flag waving.

There is ZERO reason to enter an argument about patriotism with people who still worship traitors to America 150+ years later.

They. Are. Breaking. The. Law.

It is 100% carrying water for the opposition to participate in this collective delusion that Dems for some reason need to answer for every teen who throws a rock rather than hold the Trump admin accountable for intentionally creating chaos and breaking the law to stoke violence.

They are in charge.

The disparity btwn what’s actually happening in Los Angeles and the way it’s being mischaracterized is one of the biggest stress tests of modern media in recent memory. Botted socials, AI, old clips, declining literacy—it’s like seeing a broken emergency response system hit by a storm.

I find it very, very difficult to anticipate where the Supreme Court will come down on the universal injunctions currently protecting birthright citizenship from Trump's assault.

I do think it's already pretty clear that WHEN the court reaches the merits, it'll find Trump's orders to be unlawful.

Cool so what happens if GOP attach a national abortion ban to a CR? You'll vote for that too?

My YES vote is *not* an endorsement of this deeply flawed CR.

My YES vote is 💯 about refusing to shut our government down.

I refuse to punish working families and plunge millions of Americans into chaos.

I will never, ever, ever, ever, ever vote to shut our government down.

Americans voted for cheaper groceries. Less than a week on the job and Trump's already managed to get us into a trade war that will drive up the cost of coffee and be a gut-punch to American farmers and manufacturers, all because Colombia hurt his feelings.
