Late start to the running year because of the bad cold/cough and now unusual for UK ice'y conditions. Was just trying not to fall on a still 90% untreated surface. -6/-7 Celsius making it one of the coldest runs I've managed. #fitover40 #soberlifestyle

Summary of what has been my best running year so far! 1120km is almost 300km then in previous years. Great avg pace which is not getting slower than 4:47min/km for months now. What's most important is that I finally found 3 runs a week regime which seems to work. #fitover40 #soberlifestyle 1/2

Testing Strava Samsung Gear app on my old Frontier watch after MapMyRun finally stopped working. Very basic interface and inaccurate live pace however tracked the run properly overall. Will need to try saving some money for a Garmin watch. #fitover40 #soberlifestyle
